隨著市場不斷的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和能源建設，都有益的推動了沼氣工程的建設，經(jīng)過研究人員不斷的研究，對于如何除去沼氣中的H2S的工藝也越來越多，逐步研發(fā)一批造價低、運費低,安心靠譜、自動化水平高的,具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的沼氣脫硫工藝及成套設備。

With the continuous economic development and energy construction of the market, the construction of biogas project has been effectively promoted. Through the continuous research of researchers, there are more and more processes on how to remove H2S from biogas, and gradually develop a number of biogas desulfurization processes and complete sets of equipment with independent intellectual property rights with low cost, low freight, reliable and high automation level.

1.沼氣會產(chǎn)生硫化氫，硫化氫具有較強的毒性，空氣中濃度為14.mg/m3（標）時，會引起結(jié)膜發(fā)炎和角膜發(fā)炎，當濃度大約為280mg/m3（標）時會造成昏迷，呼吸困難乃至死亡。

1. Biogas will produce hydrogen sulfide, which is highly toxic. When the concentration in the air is 14.mg/m3 (standard), it will cause conjunctival inflammation and corneal inflammation. When the concentration is about 280mg / m3 (standard), it will cause coma, dyspnea and even death.

2.硫化氫燃燒生成的二氧化硫，遇水生成硫酸分子，腐蝕周圍的設備，污染環(huán)境，接觸到金屬，格外是有色金屬就會發(fā)生腐蝕。

2. Sulfur dioxide generated by hydrogen sulfide combustion will generate sulfuric acid molecules in contact with water, corrode the surrounding equipment, pollute the environment, and corrode in contact with metals, especially non-ferrous metals.

3.脫硫方法現(xiàn)行的沼氣脫硫方式按照理化性質(zhì)，大致可以分別采用物理、化學和生物三種方法。而沼氣脫硫設備直接脫硫方法按照原理的不同又可分為濕式法和干式法。以下就著重介紹濕式法、干式法。

沼氣脫硫設備干法脫硫技能是一種利用氧氣將H2S氣體氧化為單質(zhì)硫或硫氧化物的沼氣脫硫方式，其常用的方法為氧化鐵干式脫硫法、活炭法、膜分離法等，適宜于 H2S濃度較低的氣體，因其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、脫硫技能成熟而在工業(yè)上獲得較廣應用。

Dry desulfurization technology of biogas desulfurization equipment is a biogas desulfurization method that uses oxygen to oxidize H2S gas into elemental sulfur or sulfur oxide. Its common methods are iron oxide dry desulfurization method, activated carbon method, membrane separation method, etc. it is suitable for gases with low H2S concentration. It is widely used in industry because of its simple structure and mature desulfurization technology.

沼氣脫硫設備濕法脫硫技能是利用額定的溶劑和氣體逆流接觸脫除硫化氫，溶劑經(jīng)回生后吸收再利用的脫硫方法。其常用方法有堿性溶液吸收法、ADA法、HPAS氧化—空氣回生法。適宜解決氣量大、H2S 濃度高的氣體。濕法脫硫技能工藝流程簡單、操作連續(xù)、脫硫效率高，并且可以直接獲得元素硫，現(xiàn)也在工業(yè)上獲得了一些應用。

Wet desulfurization technology of biogas desulfurization equipment is a desulfurization method that uses rated solvent and gas countercurrent contact to remove hydrogen sulfide, and the solvent is absorbed and reused after regeneration. The common methods are alkaline solution absorption method, ADA method and HPAs oxidation air regeneration method. It is suitable for solving the gas with large gas volume and high H2S} concentration. Wet desulfurization technology has the advantages of simple process flow, continuous operation, high desulfurization efficiency, and can directly obtain elemental sulfur. Now it has also been applied in industry.
