基于農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)體系廢棄物的原料預(yù)處理技術(shù)是針對廚房和果蔬生物質(zhì)廢棄物等生活垃圾的非均質(zhì)、半流態(tài)特點(diǎn),集除雜、破碎、均質(zhì)、制漿為一體的一整套預(yù)處理技術(shù)。該技術(shù)可有效分離農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)體系廢物和無機(jī)廢物,分離出的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)體系漿料可儲存在罐中,可通過厭氧發(fā)酵技術(shù)進(jìn)一步處理,分類的無機(jī)物質(zhì),如塑料、廢紙和金屬,可以回收或送往垃圾填埋場。通過垃圾分類和無機(jī)物回收利用,改善材料的運(yùn)輸和混合特性,確保處理系統(tǒng)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。結(jié)合農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)體系物厭氧發(fā)酵生產(chǎn)沼氣等技術(shù),廢物將“一個個分解",充分體現(xiàn)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式下的理念創(chuàng)新。
The raw material pretreatment technology based on agricultural production system waste is a complete set of pretreatment technology that integrates impurity removal, crushing, homogenization, and pulping, targeting the heterogeneous and semi fluid characteristics of household waste such as kitchen and fruit and vegetable biomass waste. This technology can effectively separate agricultural production system waste and inorganic waste. The separated agricultural production system slurry can be stored in tanks and further processed through anaerobic fermentation technology. The classified inorganic substances, such as plastics, waste paper, and metals, can be recycled or sent to landfills. By garbage classification and inorganic recycling, the transportation and mixing characteristics of materials are improved to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the treatment system. By combining anaerobic fermentation and biogas production technologies in agricultural production systems, waste will be decomposed one by one, fully reflecting the innovative ideas of low-carbon and circular economy development models.
